German Express master is coming to Moss!

Jan has sailed the Express for 10 years, and never sailed in Moss ,but is looking forward to experience our beautiful Oslofjord.

What is your thoughts for this event?

I thought more boats would have signed up for the event by now. But we see from the previous championships that it is normally 40-50 boats, so we thought this would be a fun event. 

We were planning to participate in Christiansand. But couldn’t because Corona restrictions. The location in Moss is very convenient for us. We have rented an apartment in Moss. For this event I will bring two crew that I have been sailing with for a long time, and my son, which is a very keen sailor!

What is your goal for this event?

We have noe clue about the ambitions. But we know the level is very high for the Express in Norway

We have won the Danish championship two times, and we hope we can compete with the top teams in Norway.

We are «happy amateurs» with high ambitions. 

Other thoughts ?

We are looking forward to see you all, and make new friendships with other Express sailors.

NM Express i Moss

Magnus Brun er styremedlem i Expressklubben, og han håper på 50 båter på startlinjen i Moss. Brun har snakket med fem aktører som vil være sentrale i forbindelse med norgesmesterskapet.

Nå kan du kan lese om tyskeren Jan Brink, som er tysk mester, og har også vunnet i Danmark. Han tar nå turen opp til Moss for å møte norske seilere.

30. juli kan du lese om Jørgen Wathne. Vestlendingen som er kjent i Melges 24-miljøet har kjøpt seg en Express, og tar turen over fjellet til Moss.
