Andersen imøtegår Seilmagasinet

World Sailing president Kim Andersen vil rette opp mulige misforståelser fra dagens artikkel

  • The contract was signed-off correctly by the CEO and the president. It was running for a fixed period of time. The contract amount you listed is not correct.
  • The World Sailing board was aware of the contract.
  • The decision to use TSE was also known by the executive management team.
  • Many deliveries were leading up to the May 2017 Mid-Year Meeting.
  • The work delivery was reviewed regularly and TSE provided worksheets which were approved by management before any payment.
  • Monthly and quarterly activity reports were submitted which clearly outlined the work required and being accomplished. Including among others, activities leading into the midyear meeting in 2017 and the MNA questionnaire were completed. Furthermore, the work done resulted in collecting revenues for World Sailing.

I do not appreciate your insinuation that there was a lack of transparency in any activity at World Sailing or that I am the one encouraging this.
